Proud supporters of Farm Without Harm
Farm Without Harm is an industry-wide strategy to ensure everyone in farming goes home safe.
Last year alone, 13 farmers lost their lives while more than 2,000 were seriously injured on the job. The human cost of farming is too high, so the Farm Without Harm strategy seeks solutions at the grass-roots level and calls out the ‘she’ll be right' attitude of agriculture.
We're proud to get behind the Farm Without Harm strategy and we encourage all our staff and clients to be part of the solution.
Half Arsed Stops Here
Farm Without Harm's bold campaign 'Half Arsed Stops Here’ aims to raise awareness about the problem with the 'she'll be right' attitude.
The campaign calls on everyone in farming to pull together from the back blocks, to the boardrooms, to the family breakfast table. It focuses on four main areas including mental wellbeing, physical stress and injuries from handling livestock, harm from vehicles, and long-term exposure to agricultural chemicals.
We're helping spread the word through our Retail Stores, social media and e-newsletter and you can get on board too. Check out the resources and upcoming events at Farm Without Harm including Safety Alerts, Farmer Stories and 'Up Our Game’ online workshops which bring farmers together to share ideas and solve safety and wellbeing challenges.
