As part of the Holidays Act remediation, PGG Wrightson Ltd (PGW) have been working together with the Ministry of Business and Innovation and Employment (MBIE), to comprehensively review PGW employee leave entitlements over the last seven years.
As a result of this review, we have found there have been unintentional errors due to the complexity of the legislation in calculating and payment of certain employee leave entitlements.
If you were employed by PGW between 31 March 2011 – 31 August 2018, you may have been impacted, and may be owed some money.

How long will it take you to respond, and confirm if I’m owed any money?
We will send you a letter to your nominated email account, within 5 weeks of you completing the online form.
If I’m owed money, how much will my payment be?
Due to earning history and leave patterns being unique, every case has been assessed individually; therefore, each payment amount will be different.
If I’m owed money, when will I receive any payment?
Once you have completed the online form, and if you are owed any monies, we will confirm the procedure and any timeline for payment.
How do I claim on behalf of a deceased person, or someone for whom I hold power of attorney?
We will need you to provide documentation to verify your identity and to confirm that you are authorised to act on behalf of the person or estate.
