Max Rewards and Redemptions
We are following NZ Government directives at the designated Alert Levels and our Max Rewards Team will continue to be available to you.
We would like to remind you to please keep redeeming your points. Your order will be processed as usual and redemptions will be dispatched as soon as possible. Due to several factors, there may be shipping delays in some cases. If your redemption has a substantial delay or is no longer in stock, our team will be in touch.
If you place a redemption and you haven’t received an order confirmation within 48 hours, please contact our Customer Service Team as we are here to help.
