After a long association between our two organisations, Aon New Zealand has brought insurance referral arrangements with PGG Wrightson to an end.

If you have arranged insurance through Aon and make premium payments through your PGG Wrightson account then your payment arrangements are changing. You will need to contact Aon to establish premium payment arrangements and we understand that you will be invoiced directly by Aon in future.

We are disappointed that Aon has brought the referral arrangements to an end and wish to make it known that PGG Wrightson intends to continue to offer insurance referral services to its customers. Accordingly, we are exploring options with other insurance partners and we expect to be able to share more information with our valued PGG Wrightson customers in that regard in the near future.

How does the end of the referral arrangements between PGG Wrightson and Aon affect me and the insurances I have in place? 

There is no change to your insurance arrangements that are in place. Aon is a broker and not your insurer. The only immediate change relates to your payment arrangements. If you have arranged insurance through Aon and make premium payments through your PGG Wrightson account then your payment arrangements are changing. You will need to contact Aon to establish premium payment arrangements and we understand that you will be invoiced directly by Aon in future.

Who does PGG Wrightson have an insurance relationship with? 

PGG Wrightson intends to continue to offer insurance referral services to its customers. Accordingly, we are exploring options with other insurance partners and we expect to be able to share more information with our valued PGG Wrightson customers in that regard in the near future.

Does this development between PGG Wrightson and Aon impact my insurance policy arrangements? 

No, there is no change to the insurance cover terms that you have in place. The terms of your policy will remain unchanged until your renewal period when changes to your policy may occur as part of the renewal process.

Do I need to change how my payments are made?
