Q. What is the interest rate charged on overdue accounts?

Q. Why have I been charged interest?

As per our terms and conditions, interest is charged on transactions that are not paid by their due dates. 

Q. Why didn’t my direct debit come out of my account?
If you have recently set up for direct debit payments, any current transactions are not taken unless instructed. If you have a current account balance that you wish to be paid by direct debit, please contact us on 0800 10 22 76 to make arrangements.

Q. What reference do I need to use when paying my account?
Your account number is your unique PGG Wrightson reference. Find out more >

Q. How can I ensure that my payment arrives on time?
Your Statement Due Dates for Payments section shows the total amount owed on a specific date. We also offer a number of ways you can settle your account on time with our range of Payment Options

Q. Can I view my account and statements online?
Yes – you can register for our Online Account Services to access your PGG Wrightson account information at any time.

Q. Once I've registered for Online Account Services, can I add more accounts to my profile?
Yes, please contacts our Customer Services team who can add or modify the accounts viewable under this service.

Q. What do I owe and when?
 The statement includes a Due Dates for Payments summary which outlines this information. Overdue amounts are easy to recognise as they are in bold type.

Q. Why have I received an invoice or livestock summary but no statement?
Your account is likely to have a nil balance. PGG Wrightson does not produce statements for nil balances but still provide the invoices and summaries for your information. If you require further information, please contact Customer Services on 0800 10 22 76.

Q. What proceeds does PGG Wrightson owe me?
The proceeds to be paid to you are listed in the Proceeds column of your statement. The due date for these payments to be made to you are listed in the Due Dates for Payments section.

Q. Why have I not been paid GST with my proceeds?
At the time of paying your proceeds, PGG Wrightson did not hold your GST number. Please contact us on 0800 10 22 76 to discuss further if needed.

Q. Is there any way I can get my Statement and Tax invoices electronically?
Yes. Please call our Customer Services Team on 0800 10 22 76 and have your email address available for us to set up this service for you, or email enquiries@pggwrightson.co.nz advising your email address.
