PGG Wrightson and Trade Me offer new deal on rural property listings

PGG Wrightson and Trade Me have joined forces to offer dramatically increased online visibility for property listings in rural and provincial New Zealand.

PGG Wrightson’s General Manager Real Estate, Stuart Cooper, has announced an agreement that will enable clients to list their rural, residential, and lifestyle  properties on Trade Me Property as part of a listing contract with PGG Wrightson Real Estate. The new facility will be available immediately.

“Independent research shows beyond doubt that the web environment is the most favoured media space for information on New Zealand real estate – and that Trade Me
Property is the leading website in the field,” Mr Cooper said. “PGG Wrightson Real Estate has been expanding its range of marketing options for clients. To be able to
provide the option of marketing their property through the number one property website in the country is just a natural extension of this.”

Mr Cooper said the Trade Me Property listing would be an option available to clients under exclusive listing contracts with PGG Wrightson Real Estate, attracting a small fee.

“Each listing will offer ample space for text and photographs, with links to other properties and to PGG Wrightson Real Estate’s own website. It will be a powerful tool to
boost the marketing programme undertaken for our clients.”
