A Non-resident withholding tax (NRWT) is deducted from dividends paid to shareholders who are not tax residents of New Zealand. New Zealand has tax treaties with many other countries, and for residents of those countries NRWT is deducted at 15%. For residents of other countries, NRWT is deducted at 30%. How are the Directors on the PGG Wrightson board appointed?

A They are elected by shareholders at the annual meeting. At each annual meeting, one third of the Directors (or the nearest number to one third) shall retire from office. Retiring Directors shall be eligible for re-election if they put themselves forward.
