My Statement


We’ve recently made some changes to our customer statements and invoices.

Based on customer feedback, we’ve worked hard to make sure the new statement is easy to understand and the details within the statement are much easier to identify.

Some of the key improvements include:

  • improved legibility through font size and layout
  • transactions are listed in date order
  • overdue transactions are visibly clearer
  • addition of a payment due summary
  • proceeds and deferrals are now clearly separated
  • enlarged account number

We’ve also introduced a livestock summary and a new retail tax invoice which shows a summary of all retail transactions. Rewards customers will also notice improvements to their Rewards statement.
